ORDER STATUS

How do I check on the status of my order?

  • You may view the status of your order by logging into your Forever 21 account and clicking on Past Orders. Check your order status with your order number and email address.
  • Click on Track Order at the footer of the page. Make sure to have order # and email address available.
  • Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
    1. Your order has been received or
    2. Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  • If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    1. Select 7335.me as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • 7335 was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.

I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?

7335 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Online purchases made through the 7335.me are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. for returns from international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
