Is the item not what you expected! Rest easy and bask in the glow of our 15 day to return or exchange the item you hate. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.

We recommend the item be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. You will thank us too, because we can’t issue a refund if the item is not returned in new condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods are not shipped before replying to the mail, you can cancel the order. You should submit a help ticket from the e-mail: orders@7335.me once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We can’t help you if we don’t know you are returning an item. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. We will deny any returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
